My nails this week are very simple: A coral base color with a shimmer top coat on the first finger and a stamp in burgundy on the accent nail. The thumbs look fancier but aren’t: I picked up a stamp in gold, then, with the pattern still on the stamper, painted in the gold V outline with the same gold and painted half the gold pattern with green and half with burgundy. When I laid the pattern down onto my nail, I had art that looked like gold painstakingly painted over solid colors but was just colors slopped down behind gold patterns.
