    McFerrin nailed it.
    Notice how in tune everybody was?
    Notoriously, civilian crowds stay on tune, while a choir of trained singers can drift off-tune if not careful. I;ve witnessed it, so believe it!

    That was stunning. And yet…it makes so much sense. If we are hardwired to recognize certain /relationships/ between sounds then the development of music must have been as inevitable as breathing. And it may also explain why music has the power to reach right in and grab us by our emotional balls, so to speak. Thank you so much for this. I’m going to post this on my blog too. Brilliant stuff.
