Zen Koi on Insane Narrowboat Chicken Attack #FridayRecommends

Friday RecommendsI stopped playing Zen Koi, but I just might start again. A friend, Ginny Fleming, who hooked me on the game to start with, sent me a link to this site of Zen Koi Tips. Might make it fun again!

My friend Ian Hutson continues his adventurous living on a narrowboat in England, and shares this useful list of 1 insane things to do on a boat. I tried to follow his lead, but either my computer is too slow or communications are down. Still, I’ll persist.

Another friend of mine (yes, I have at least three — don’t forget to count Jane), Will Scott, and his partner, Kirby, are resting from years of traveling the world, working and volunteering with people living close to the land and close to the edge. They’re now serving as Fair Trade partners with some of the people they met. Check out their website, FOLK.

You’re welcome. And if that isn’t enough, see more about it. Or see more about the singer, Takeo Ishii. Or, if you read German, this.

A WRITING PROMPT FOR YOU: Write about an unexpected hero.
