I had a very lazy day last Monday. I was a little headachey, so I napped most of the day, taking time out of my busy schedule to do the laundry and cook supper for #4 Daughter and myself.
It reminded me of that fine old saying:
Half a loaf is better than not loafing at all.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: What would you (or your main character) do on a lazy day?

I think today is a good day for half a loaf.

I haven’t decided if I agree. I find that I often am WAY more tired when I do nothing than when I am fully engaged.

I agree, for the most part. Sometimes my batteries just run down and I need to recharge. 🙂
