July 25, 2021 at 11:46amDoes your Diet Coke have aspartame under that or any other name? I know you’ll research it, but I seem to recall some noise about it being bad for your concentration. That was a while ago, though.

July 25, 2021 at 11:48amI consume aspartame as one of my regular daily input – sugar is so far worse for my concentration they’re not even in the same universe.
Eat sugar = lose four days of being able to think.
Eat aspartame (and I buy it pure, put it in my protein shake mixture and in my daily flax ‘tea’) = no effect.

July 25, 2021 at 11:42amConfirmed on a couple of sites – did not know that it is a molecule with only C, H, N, and O in it – I wonder what part of it gives the punch of attention. So – pure organic molecule. As much as I hate those words when applied by ignoramuses to everything, ‘pure’ and ‘organic’ will be what I tell anyone who says caffeine is bad for you. Doesn’t even contain arsenic!
