Monday Recommends and Nail Art: Knowledge And Beautimusness

This site is THE BOMB! It’s called thekidshouldseethis.com, but kid, schmid, it’s fascinating. It has videos demonstrating many things.

OF COURSE I searched for decomposition and found, among other videos, a time-lapse of vermicomposting (composting by feeding food waste to worms). The worms they used were red wigglers, so OF COURSE I had to go and look this up. You’re welcome.

My nails this week are most beautimus! I did the tri-color stamping by putting dots of different colors of polish on a stamping plate and swiping the dots at an angle.

All my polishes this week are from Maniology except for the shimmer top coat. The light pink base color is Flashdance and the dark pink is Sweet Peach. The pinks for the gradient stamping are the opposite pinks, Nightengale, and Droplet. The shimmer top coat is L.A.Colors Unicorn Sparkle Sugar Snowflake. The stamping plate is Maniology M014.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Something wiggly and/or beautiful.

WKRP was one of my favorites. I’m afraid to rewatch it, in case it isn’t as funny as I remember. This bit gives me hope, though. Dr. Johnny Fever!

They had some classic episodes and the characters were wonderful. We tried buying it on DVD, years ago, but were only able to get one season. I need to see if it’s on anything I’m currently streaming.
