We have walk in showers too. Can’t imagine not having them now. Great pic. 😀

The tub I had taken out was especially dangerous and weird, because the bottom of the tub was about two inches higher than the floor. Made it easier to wash a baby or a cat, but destabilizing when stepping in and out.

When we moved into this apartment, I had them put grab bars everywhere in the two bathrooms – easier when renovating – and have been glad, more than once, that they’re there.

    Be safe!

I do feel safe. If I ever fall in the woods again, my walk-in shower with two grab bars will fly to me, wash my injuries, wrap me in a shower curtain, and fly me to the ER.
