Thursday Doors: Georgetown, Indiana

#ThursdayDoors #writingprompt

#4 Daughter, the amazing Sara Deurell, had to have her car fixed. When we went to pick it up, I had her drive so I could snap some snappies of doors.

I don’t know what the first place is, but it’s lousy with doors and windows.

The second place is my vet’s. I’ve photographed its doors from close up, but here you get the whole perspective, plus a bonus shed door.

This next isn’t, strictly speaking, a door, but there’s a door lurking behind it. I just like the look of brick, especially curved brick.

Here’s the star of the show. I’ve been trying to get a snap of this one, and I finally did. It’s at the edge of a shopping plaza just off the interstate. Makes you wonder, don’t it?

Thursday doors is under the direction of Dan Antion, photographer extraordinaire and critter daddy. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

When I first read this, I thought she was getting her cat fixed – I winced a little.I love that old school barber. These are all good, especially on the move as you were.
