My local tech managed to get Win10 setup on my pc, but even after turning off every conceivable bit of bloat garbage, 10 uses 46% of my memory even when /I/ am not doing anything. I know my pc is older, and doesn’t have as much RAM as more recent builds, but this is ridiculous. I do not understand how Micro$oft can get away with this crap.

March 17, 2024 at 4:17pmI feel your pain. I got a new laptop with Windows 11 and had to set everything up again. I use Firefox as my browser and it wouldn’t let me load it. It took me a day to figure out what the problem was. I can use it now, but still don’t have all my other stuff loaded.
