Food Tuesday: Curry, Maybe?

So, a little of this and a little of that. Deliciousness is made of this.

I had some onion, some mushrooms, about half a tomato, and some frozen peas. All that plus a little water and a little vegan bouillon and some Penzeys curry powder, and something beautiful happened.

Over rice, of course. This was sweet curry powder, but I also have spicier curry powder and garam masala powder. Meat eaters could absolutely add chicken or beef or lamb or whatever.

A little of this and a little of that and a full spice/herb rack, and deliciousness ensues, every time.
