About

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

In my eyes, the “Black eye” jokes never get old! I’ve always loved brick buildings – there’s something about them which feels so solid and welcoming.

I love brick buildings, too! And a good bricklayer can do such fancy things with different colors/textures and different patterns of laying. It’s an art.
