#4 Daughter and #4 DaughterMister were going to take me to see HAMILTON on the big screen for an early birthday present, but I got scared and canceled. Feelings are running hot after the murder of that guy, and I didn’t think it was totally safe to go to a movie applauding immigrants, with brown people playing the parts of historically white people. Nothing happened at the showing, but nobody ever thinks a horrible thing will happen to them. I know it can.

So.

My nails this week are definitely autumnal, even though we’re deep into Indian Summer and it’s hot as fuck. Still, the leaves ARE browning up.
