I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again: I love Connie Willis’s writing, especially her Oxford Time Travel books. I just got hold of a copy of “Firewatch”, a story that comes before the novels, so OF COURSE I’m rereading BLACKOUT and ALL CLEAR. I reread DOOMSDAY BOOK, which is about pandemics (including The Black Death) in 2020, because of course I did. I need to reread TO SAY NOTHING OF THE DOG real soon now, just because. It’s a romp, even though it centers on the bombing of Coventry (that part isn’t funny, obvs).

Meanwhile, I’m still working through Maniology’s Korea plates. I did some reverse stamping this time. The turtle and the tiger came out rather blobby, but I’m happy with the goldfish and the butterfly.
