Monday Recommends and Nail Art: Fluff and Patches

I may have posted this before but, as I always say, it bears repeating. Adi, Lady Fluffington, has been shedding like a bingo lately. I clean the floor, turn around, and tumbleweeds have taken over again. So I brushed her, and she was still shedding. So I used the Furminator. She’s STILL shedding, but at least I feel like I’ve made inroads. I combed out enough fur for another whole-ass cat. And I must say she looks very slick and sleek and well-groomed.

This is the closest their tools come to Large to Gigantic Cat Ridiculously Long and Fluffy Hair.

I bought this patchwork quilt stamping plate in honor of my #2 Daughter, who make fantastic quilts. Sadly, when I showed my nails to her, I had to tell her what they were. Then she agreed that she could see that, but would never have guessed if I hadn’t told her. O M G, I love people who tell you the truth, #NoSarcasmDetected, I truly do!

So here are my quilt patches. The base color on all of my nails is Coconut, and the stamps are stamped in Acorn and reverse-painted in various pastels.

That can be a lifelong job on a cat like Adi. Good luck with that.

    Cool nails. Nice and bright.
