That would actually be a good site for writers. Or con artists. I wonder if there is one? Plug in what you need your character to do or how you want them to react, and you get a profile. Like what I do, only I wouldn’t have to put in the work.
ANYWAY, no. This is a typical #FridayRecommends mashup of the titles of sites/books/movies/whatnot I’m recommending.
First, Tammy’s Reading/Writing Life is totally awesomesauce! I’ve only been following her since Story A Day May, where she was a major participant, and I’ve already had much happy. I mean, Dammit, Tammy, you made me spend money! She recommended Kelly Link’s MAGIC FOR BEGINNERS, and I boughten it. She also recommended The Food Charlatan, which I adore! Tammy is da bomb!
Now, I was super excited to see that Barbara J. King has a new website. But, alas, it’s a professional website (which Marian Allen, Author Lady was supposed to be you can stop laughing now). No blogging. I miss her blogging. But you can see about her books, like PERSONALITIES ON THE PLATE, about the minds, hearts, and spirits of food animals.
If you’re a writer, do you have trouble coming up with titles? I can generally come up with titles, but not good titles. Writers Write has a page of links to book title generators. We’re all saved!
A WRITING PROMPT BASED ON MY POST: Generate a random title and then write a three-sentence outline of the story/book that could have that as its title.

June 16, 2018 at 7:49amMarian, there absolutely exists a character generator at Seventh Sanctum. During my game making phases, I like to play around with the different generators on that site. I haven’t tried the character generators but, if they are anything like the name generators, you’re in for a treat!
Kudos to you for your tireless promotion of others. I try to restrain myself from following all of the delicious links, as my family my report me missing…
Cheers,
Mitch
