I made WAY too much spaghetti Alfredo (the post title uses the Allen Child translation). So I made this.
In a lightly oiled skillet, I heated some non-meat “chicken” strips and some frozen stir-fry-mix veg. When those were hot through, I added the leftover spaghetti and Alfredo sauce and some Italian-blend seasoning and cheese.
Oh. So. Good.
