What To Do With Leftover Pisketti Alfredo #Vegetarian

I made WAY too much spaghetti Alfredo (the post title uses the Allen Child translation). So I made this.

In a lightly oiled skillet, I heated some non-meat “chicken” strips and some frozen stir-fry-mix veg. When those were hot through, I added the leftover spaghetti and Alfredo sauce and some Italian-blend seasoning and cheese.

Oh. So. Good.

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

    I think it should be “Chicken Marinase”

    The Mrs made way too much pasta and meat sauce on Monday. I scooped the leftovers into to containers which will be my lunch at work tow days this week. I love me some leftovers.

      I love leftovers, too, Dan! I love to just eat ’em leftover, and I love to make new dishes out of ’em. I’m easily amused.
