Salmon Rotini #pescatarian

Since Charlie and I are only two, I frequently have leftovers. I love cooking with leftovers, making a dish into another dish and stuff.

So this happened.

I had cooked some veg rotini and mixed in peas and Alfredo sauce. Had some left over. So I added a small can of Wild Planet pink salmon, dill weed, and shredded Italian cheeses. Put a little more Alfredo over the top for pretty. I peppered mine, ’cause I like pepper.

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.
