#4 Daughter, the amazing Sara Marian, came over for a post-birthday birthday visit. I had told her about this beer cocktail I invented, and she wanted to try it, so I made it for her.
I invented it when I wanted a dark beer (I always do) but only had a light one in the house.
That’s a light beer, Kalhua, and a shot of vodka. You add Kahlua until it’s as dark as you want it, then as much vodka as you can handle (not much — this is potent). I call it The Putin Puppet.
The next day, Sara texted me. She said she had made it at home, but had decided to leave out the vodka. She said she calls hers The Communist Sympathizer.
I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about the chocolate pie I made for her. No liquor involved.
A WRITING PROMPT BASED ON MY POST: Write about someone’s birthday.
