A Tale of Two Stir-Fries

Stir-fries, as you doubtless know, are like garbage soup only drier.

We had two recently:

Leftover rice, leftover onion, leftover green beans, leftover meaty bits.

And this:

Leftover rice, water chestnuts, bit of summer squash, scrambled egg.

I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about the last of the farmers market produce.
