SkinnyDoors #ThursdayDoors

I may have already shared this first one, but I’m a big, big fan of skinny doors and of brass hardware, so…. I’m not sure where Charlie scrounged this door from; he did a lot of remodeling for people, and carted off the leavings for them — usually repurposing their rejects for our house. The girls and I often talk now about trash as “that’s a perfectly good piece of cardboard” in his honor.

ANYWAY, here’s the door to our attic:

And here’s the knob:

I managed to shoehorn a visit with a friend in, between COVID surges, and was treated to the vision of this shower door:

There’s an ordinary-sized shower behind that adorable, skinny door. It’s like a TARDIS.

That skinny shower door must be good incentive to keep their weight under control. I love the old hardware on that door Charlie scavenged.

The French doors he scavenged for my office have those beautiful glass doorknobs. Makes me happy every time I look at them. 🙂

The shower door is like a cruise ship door! I was happy to the stall itself is normal size though. I like the knob on your attic door.
