Mushroom Thing #Vegetarian

I had some bread dough left over, so I made this mushroom thing.

Mushroom Thing

mushroom thingI rolled out what was supposed to be a round of bread dough and heated the oven to 500F. While the oven was heating, I fried some mushrooms, minced garlic, and onion in vegan margarine. When the oven was hot, I brushed the bread with olive oil, spread on the mushrooms, and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top. I baked it for about 10 minutes, or until the bread was browned and the cheese was melted.

MOST tasty!

Not sure if it’s me or your site, but thie site is not loading properly for about 3 days. No like button, menu text instead of graphics and pretty hard to read.

It looks fine on all my devices. 🙁 I hope it fixes for you! I’ll ask if anyone else is having trouble with it.

Okay; yeah, it looks fine when I load the site as a whole, but loading an individual post screws it up. I’ll disable a recently added plug-in and see if that fixes it. Thanks for the heads-up, Dan! Mwah!
