I had some bread dough left over, so I made this mushroom thing.
I rolled out what was supposed to be a round of bread dough and heated the oven to 500F. While the oven was heating, I fried some mushrooms, minced garlic, and onion in vegan margarine. When the oven was hot, I brushed the bread with olive oil, spread on the mushrooms, and put a slice of Swiss cheese on top. I baked it for about 10 minutes, or until the bread was browned and the cheese was melted.
