What Are Words? #1LinerWeds

This isn’t Monday Recommends, but I have to tell you about this poet names Joseph Hesch. He has a website called A Thing For Words on which he writes poetry, sometimes on a daily streak. His poetry is always good, usually excellent, and more than occasionally sublime. He’s made me cry often and often.

Today’s one-liner comes from You’ll Know Me When You See Me. Click on the link to read the entire poem.

Joseph Hesch, You’ll Know Me When You See Me

This post is part of Linda G. Hill’s weekly blog hop, One-Liner Wednesday. If you have a one-liner or just like them, follow the link.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Write about mirrors.

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.
