I had to fill out a quesionnaire when I started Occupational Therapy for my wrists, and one of the questions was “Can you wash your back with your affected hand?” I put N/A (not applicable). On my exit from therapy, my therapist sat down with me to answer the questions, because, she said, not applicable was not an acceptable answer. I said,
I never washed my own back; why do you think I got married?

Except I’ve never bothered – it gets clean enough from shampooing my hair and rinsing and towel drying. Seems to be enough.
