#2 Daughter has been looking to reduce her plastic use, and so have I. There is nothing available here in my beloved hickville. The farmers’ markets have bar soap that can supposedly be used as shampoo, as well, but they’re made with animal fat and/or goat’s milk, and #2 is truly vegan.
Enter Free the Ocean. Every day, they present a multiple choice question about the ocean, its life forms, and its helpers. You answer and, right or wrong, your participation contributes to the removal of plastic from the oceans. They also sell plastic-free stuff. I got us toilet bowl cleaner strips, laundry detergent strips, solid shampoo, and solid stain remover. They work great! Highly recommended.
My nails this week feature chocolate.

You gotcher dark chocolate, yer milk chocolate, yer white chocolate, bon bons, chocolate covered cherry, and gold-wrapped chocolate bar. Yes, I have once again failed to clean my edges before posting, and I did a piss-poor job of reverse stamping the gold wrap. I never said I was good at this, just that I have fun.
