I love Crackle nail polish. That’s a kind of polish that you paint over another color and it cracks and lets the base color show through.

As always, I’m rubbish at caring for my cuticles and for reverse stamping. I’ve ordered a lighted magnifier to see if that helps.

Base color pink, stamped with red and blue, reverse paint red, pinky pink topped with translucent blue. My grandfather would have called the resulting color “sky-blue pink”.

Whenever I’ve had one color bleed through another (not on my nails) it’s been a disaster. I’m glad to know it works when you want it to.
