I do NOT want to hear it about boogie avocado toast. I love toast and I love avocados so don’t be so judge-y.
My #2 Daughter, the truly vegan one, gave me a container of Violife vegan spinach artichoke dip. I mashed up half an avocado with some of the dip and clomped it on a piece of toast. OMG, such breakfast!
