This was my grandfather’s Quota Buster trophy. He took great pride in it because he was painfully shy but was assigned to be a sales rep and CRUSHED it.

  They scared him, too. The company moved him out of town to their worst territory, and he had to make cold calls to hardware stores to persuade them to buy from his company. Three times, he turned their worst territory into their best territory, and they moved him and gave the one he had built up to a company pet. But he wasn’t excelling for them, he was excelling for himself. And he did.
