Thursday Doors: Lagrange Again!

#ThursdayDoors #writingprompt

Did a book fair in Lagrange this past weekend. Sold a few books and had a great time, as always. NATURALLY, I took pictures of doors.

This little shed was a super find, with an extra door on the side.

Ghost windows and train murals and an actual door: win win win!

The place we had our previous book not-sale not-signing from the other side of the tracks.

Obligatory train for Dan.

There were four of us at our table, so the hungriest two (did you guess it would be #4 Daughter and Yours Truly?) went to the Mexican restaurant down the street from the venue. Bonus that #4 is in the picture.

Thursday doors is under the direction of Dan Antion, photographer extraordinaire and critter daddy. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

Thanks! That shed would have made the trip worth it, even if we hadn’t sold anything. 🙂 Not sure my partners would have felt the same….

Excellent photos. Congrats on a successful sale. Of course, I’d consider a day with a good Mexican dinner to be a success. Thanks for the train. That shed is my favorite. That was a great find.

I didn’t say it was a GOOD Mexican dinner. It was unobjectionable, but I wouldn’t make a special trip for it. (sigh) If we could have waited a couple of hours, we could have had our other two compatriots bring us back something from the most excellent kebab place where they went. Lost opportunities….
