Sweetie Pie Turner here, MomGoth’s mom’s cat.
MomGoth is back from her trip to Imaginarium Creative Writing convention, and Mom and I are glad. Cousin Betty is a fun visitor and a good caretaker, but we’ve got MomGoth trained pretty well, and we miss her when she’s not here.
For one thing, Cousin Betty doesn’t take pictures of me, and I like posing for pictures.
A couple of weeks ago, you saw this picture of me on the plant shelf.
I thought I’d mix things up a little, so I tried this, instead.
I like the elevation, but it’s hard to see the bird/squirrel feeding station from that angle. We live and learn.
A WRITING PROMPT FOR ANIMALS: Do you like to have your picture taken? Why or why not?

October 15, 2016 at 9:12amPretty girl, Sweetie Pie!
My boy Blackjack not only tolerated picture-taking, he would take instructions and pose for me! I’d say, “Look at me a bit more, sweetie,” and he’d angle his face toward me appropriately. And hold the pose while I fiddled with the 35mm settings. Such a swell guy!
Curiously, many of his pictures show his ears turned toward me. So he was listening for further instructions. Cute pix, anyway.

October 15, 2016 at 3:57pmNo offense intended, Sweetie Pie, but if you want to go up another level, you might want to put some ballast on that lower shelf. We don’t want things getting t-o-p -h-e-a-v-y

October 15, 2016 at 5:35pmNice pic, Sweetie Pie. It reminds me that I should take more photos of my furkids. Like now. Buffa is fast asleep…in the chihuahua’s bed. I think the word ‘overflow’ applies. 🙁
