I was behind our book display at Imaginarium this weekend, and a young woman walked by wearing a Labyrinth t-shirt. I told her I loved her shirt. She thanked me. I said:
Jareth is my imaginary goblin boyfriend.
She said, “Me too!”
~sigh~
He reminds me of the babe.

October 16, 2019 at 6:54pmLOL! I LOVE that movie!
“What babe? the babe with the power
What power? power of voodoo
Who do? you do
Do what? remind me of the babe.”
When #1 Grandson was 4 this was his favorite movie and song. Baby Girl and I took him to Disneyland and Legoland that year and all the way down and back home we listened to 3 songs. His favorite- Dance Magic Dance, Baby Girl’s favorite When can I see you again, a Disney parade song, and my favorite that year, The Coyote Song by Don Edwards. I am not kidding just those three songs for HOURS! You do what you gotta do to keep a 4-year-old happy on a long road trip. Amiright? Good times!
And now, I’m going to listen to the whole song. 😀

October 17, 2019 at 7:25amYou are so right on keeping a toddler happy on a road trip! He had good taste. Wonder why his favorite was a song with the lyric, “SLAP that baby! Make him FREE!”? Probably because it was so outrageously impossible in his own life. That sounds like a fun trip, all around. 🙂 “And baby says, ‘Dance, magic, dance!'” ~insert Snoopy dancing gif~
