Squash Brussles Sprouts #Vegan

I got this recipe from My Select Life, so you might as well go there and get the recipe from the source.

I pretty well followed her directions exactly, and this is what mine looked like:

Very pretty, and everybody liked it, even the meat-eaters. Charlie didn’t like the Brussles sprouts with the maple syrup.

What’s weird to me is that, although I didn’t put any pepper in it, it tastes a little peppery to me! Next time I have some (there were leftovers — this makes a bunch!), Imma sprinkle it with chipotle powder. Mmmmmmm!

I’m posting at Fatal Foodies today about a jackfruit recipe I tried. Not impressed.

      You DO want to eat it! Even Charlie really likes it, although he picks the Brussels sprouts out, which is fine with me, ’cause then I get ’em!
