Oh dear, both wrists at the same time! I’m so sorry to hear that, sweet sister. You must go crazy with the things you can’t do, simple things. I do hope you get all the help you need and wish you a magically quick recovery.
Gentle hugs and a big kiss from the Netherlands.

Oh Marian…is the rest of you okay? I’m with Alicia and Holly. Record your stories/posts and type them up when you’ve healed. I’d offer to type them up for you, but I have a bit of trouble with voices so I don’t think I’d do a very good job. Are the girls helping you with the furkids? Gods…and dinner and all those other things we all take for granted???
-massive hugs- and please keep us posted, even if it’s just an ‘alive’ every now and then. 🙁

What a disaster! I’m assuming you have SOME functionality if both wrists are splinted.

I’ll email you my phone number – call if you get bored!

Read a lot, I guess. Six weeks for broken bones? Or are wrists – smaller bones – faster.

I broke my right wrist as a kid – fell off stilts after showing off (walking down a wet slope). The stupid school nurse insisted it was a sprain – they eventually had to knock me out to set it. I learned to play jacks left-handed.

Start telling your phone stories – transcribe later.

    Wishing you an easy recovery.

I’m with Dan – this is impossible to “Like.” But I suspect you’ll become adept at voice to text (it’s a phone feature, not generally an app or desktop feature, unless you invest in Dragon Naturally Speaking – well, no, actually, it’s built into later versions of Microsoft Office products, too!) Anyway, I just can’t imagine you being offline till your fingers can wiggle free again. If you are, at least have Sara post updates so we don’t worry more than necessary? Pretty please? <3

I can’t press the ‘Like’ button, Marian. I saw this in your other hangouts. I am so sorry. I hope you heal quickly. You are in our prayers.
