Minecraft Monday and Nail Art: House and Garden

Meeka asked if I still play Minecraft. I do, indeed; I have Minecraft Pocket Edition on my phone. I play Survival Mode, but dialed back to Peaceful, so there are no monsters. I also play solo, so there is no grief at all. I just wander around, enjoying a world with hard edges but no danger.

Here’s a shot of my current inventory:

Any questions?

I keep the bucket of lava in case I get trapped in a cave. I have the Cheats turned on so I keep my inventory when I die. If I have to escape, I just dig a hole, fill it with lava, step into it, and respawn at my house.

Here’s my house:

I transplanted the cherry trees from far away. Blossoms fall from them continuously. It’s most peaceful. My house has a glass roof, so I can watch the rain fall. It also has a basement, so I can hide if there’s a thunderstorm.

I have a Minecraft nail plate, but I didn’t use it this week because Autumn. Here are this week’s nails:

The base color is a pale, cloudy blue. The stamping is done with red and two shades of orange. The stamp on my left-hand bird finger is my very most favorite stamp in my whole collection: trees that turn into a wolf figure.

I don’t remember where I got the dead cow and dead unicorn figures, but I love them.

A WRITING PROMPT FROM ME TO YOU: Do you like thunderstorms, with or without lightning? Why or why not?

I like your approach to Minecraft I think you put the “mine” in it very well. I think I remember that house. Great nails for my favorite season.

I usually don’t play a world very long, bit I find that, if I build a house and collect animals, I play it longer. Also if I can kill myself if I get trapped and respawn at home.
