So Saturday, I’m visiting Dan Antion at the “bar” at his blog, No Facilities. This was on my bucket list. Dan takes THE most AMAZING photographs and THE most ADORABLE photographs. I live for spring, when he follows the birds’ baseball games when humans aren’t using the diamond. He’s former IT, so I sometimes get some tasty geek. He’s a DIY guy and a wood artisan, so I get to follow his projects and see the gorgeous furniture he crafts. He’s an author, so I get to read his books.
If you like character driven stories with strong female characters, magical realism, action, suspense, mystery, a bit of family sarcasm, and a slight religious undertone, you will enjoy these books:
Knuckleheads
The Evil You Choose
When Evil Chooses You
Secrets held Against Evil
I hope you’ll visit No Facilities on Saturday, March 2, 2024, to read my interview and see what I’m driving, drinking, eating, and writing.
Now, my nails this week. The sparkley polish on my accent nail looked more red than blue when I tested it on paper, but I think it looks more blue now. Oh, well.

February 26, 2024 at 9:15amI second your recommendation for No Facilities and the novels of Dan Antion. Good reading! 🙂
Pretty nails, Marian. I am waiting for the day when I can paint my toenails and throw on the flipflops. That’s the only time I paint anything.

February 26, 2024 at 9:39amI hate painting my toenails. It’s hard to get down there, due to my fattitude, and the polish NEVER wears off.
