Food Tuesday: SPAM

Yes, I know SPAM isn’t vegan, but I was gifted a can, and waste not want not. Turns out #4 Daughter had never had SPAM, so I had to make some. Being as how (that’s how we talk where I come from) — Being as how we’ve been watching cooking shows while we eat, I couldn’t just fry some, I had to garnish it.

Chopped pineapple, capers, and green onions don’t taste very good together, but in a bite with salty SPAM, it’s pretty damn good.

    That does look good. I like SPAM on occasion, usually on a breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs and cheese. No more questionable than the sausage at any of the fast food joints.
