Food Tuesday: Egg Mac


There’s a restaurant around here that makes fried mac and cheese. Fried! Mac! and Cheese! It is SO GOOD, I always get a shareable appetizer of it just for myself, then I have it for four or five meals.

Here’s what I had one morning:

I reheated the mac and cheese in the skillet and fried an egg sunny-side up to put on top.

Yes, that’s a Christmas plate. I like it, so I use it all year ’round. I also read at the table. Yeah, I walk on the wild side. Hope that doesn’t scare you.
