I’m supposed to be cutting down on white foods, including white flour and white rice, so #4 Daughter bought me some O’Food’s Korean Style, Sweet Potato Glass Noodle. I made this stir fry.

This is tofu, bok choi, sweet red peppers, mushrooms, onions, and hoisin sauce. It looked better than the first time I cooked them, when I did NOT use a sauce. The glass noodles do really look fairly translucent, which resulted in a dream in which a translucent octopus kept vaulting over my bed, occasionally bouncing on it. For some reason (although, in real life, I love octopi), I was freaked out and determined it wasn’t going to land on my bed. Every time it vaulted over me, I kicked up at it. I woke to find the cats gone from the bed and my covers kicked all to hell.
So, sauce.
