This is what I took to the Easter family pitch-in. I pretty much followed The Olive and Mango’s recipe, except I left out the chili flakes. Medium curry powder is plenty hot enough for most wypipo.
Including me, actually.
Oh — and I didn’t chop the spinach. It was only li’l baby spinach.
