Food Tuesday: Peach Chutney

I got this recipe more of less exactly (??) from Caroline’s Cooking. I had some peaches that were about to go to Jesus and I was making a pork roast for supper, so BOOM!

I seldom use the first recipe I come across, but this one hit just right. I liked all the ingredients, I HAD all the ingredients, it was simple, it was quick, and it turned out great.

  If I don’t have all the ingredients, I look to see what I have that’s ingredient-adjacent. Sometimes that works, but sometimes it DOES NOT.
