So Sara made some of her world-famous Saraghetti the other night, and I made bruschetta to go with it. You’ll have to ask her for her recipe. It’s out of this world!

My bruschetta, on the other hand, was a knock-off. See, I got some sourdough focaccia at the farmer’s market and a jar of DeLallo Italian Tomato Bruschetta topping. So I toasted slices of the focaccia, topped it with big dollops of the tomato mixture, sprinkled that with grated Parmesan and mozzarella, and grilled it until the cheese melted.

It was BELICIOUS, though I can’t take any credit for it.

I had some left over, so I heated one up this morning and put a fried egg on top of it. Highly recommended
