HELLO! My name is CHICKIE!

Mommy closed the catio and even the curtains because she says it’s too hot outside. We like the hot and the sun, so we’re sad. But Mommys aren’t tough like kitties, so we just hafta put up with it.

But sometimes Mommy opens the back door for a while in the morning so we can get some fresh sniffs.

We usually take turns, but sometimes Tipper and I sniff together. Adi won’t let anybody sniff with her. She wants all the sniffs to herself, and Tipper is scared of her, but I make her let me have my turn.

Tipper isn’t scared of me, though, and sometimes we play fight, play, and fight all over the house. It’s exciting! Adi just watches, and Mommy says, “All right! All right! At ease!” We just go on with what we’re doing until we’re done.

Sometimes I be imbizible, like that imbizible cat upstairs. I don’t hide, though, ’cause I’m like my grandma and I don’t want to miss anything. I just camouflage myself wif Poppy’s shirt. You can’t see me against Poppy’s shirt. Besides, I like it because it used to be Poppy’s. #4 Hooman Sister uses it to keep warm ’cause Mommy keeps it too cool in here for her. All the sisters took shirts to remind them of Poppy.
