I don’t know if you could use this for any other collection, but I got turned onto a great nail plate organizing app.
It’s called Plate Vault, made by Mr. and Mrs. ZenStamping. It’s available on Apple and Android. I spent hours this weekend adding a bunch of our plates that weren’t already on the courtesy collection pre-loaded on the app. I still have many, many more to go.
What’s the point? I can add keywords to each plate’s database so if we’re looking for, for example, sail boats, I can type that into the search engine and it’ll show me all my plates that have sail boats on them. After I get the plates onto the app, I’ll have to organize the plates so we can go, “Oh, sail boats on M000 and MXM999.” And then we can go get them out of the storage.
Coo’!
My nails this week are medallions and butterflies (searchable keywords!) from my Korea (also searchable) plates.

The background is blue (teal?) and gold, and the stamping is done in red, blue, and gold.

July 28, 2026 at 9:32amI know, right? I don’t know how long it’ll take me to add all my plates, but it’ll be worth it. I put in keywords for everything on each plate, no matter how little. Stars, full moon, crescent moon, heart, flame, bird…. Even if it’s just tiny and inside a larger pattern; you never know when you’ll need just that tiny image to complete one of our Frankenstein themes, where we put together a theme out of pieces.
