#CoryDoors Primitive Rustic #ThursdayDoors

I haven’t been anywhere doorish this week, so I’m falling back on a door from Corydon, Indiana. I took this picture a couple of years ago. The decor at this shop changes, so it doesn’t look exactly like this now. I like that. The variety keeps it fresh.

Thursday Doors is the brainchild of Norm Frampton, photographer extraordinaire. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, click on the blue link at the end of his Thursday Doors post, and enter a world of doors.

Nice photo! I half expect to see a third, smaller building off to the right and set back even farther.

    Hi Marian,
I’m just lucky that shop’s nowhere near here because I can’t resist anything vintage or older and our house is overflowing with so many treasures and I’m actually culling down a bit atm. I think moving tends to help keep a handle on things but we’ve been here for about 18 years and you could say we’re well planted.
I went on a big photographic walk last Friday when I went into the Art Gallery in Sydney. However, I need a bit of time to put the narrative with them. Next week…
    Best wishes,
    Rowena

I was going to visit your blog, but I get a 404 “not found” error message on the link. 🙁 I have a certain amount of vintage stuff, but it’s mine, not bought. Grandma’s dishes, Mom’s necklace, that scarf I got when I was a teenager that’s now over 50 years old…. heh

My kind of place to poke in to my husband’s dismay.

Does it dismay him that you poke in them, or that you don’t come out empty-handed? 😉

I’ve never gone in. I mean, I LIVE in the country. I don’t need to decorate AS IF I live in the country.

Eclectic mix of goodies. Exactly the kind of place to drop me off in if you want to keep me busy for hours.

I like lello houses, too, as long as the lello is certain shades and not other shades. Some lellos make me go ewwww.
