Black eyed tomatoes? No, I’m not advocating vegetable abuse. That’s what I call this thing I made the other night.
The night before, I had made black eyed peas, which we LURRRV. Cook ’em with some olive oil, garlic, onion, and salt, and mmmmmmMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmm!
Astoundingly, there was a wee bit left. We also had a tomato. So I sliced the tomato, reheated the black eyed peas, and made this.
