Pita Me, My Friends #QuarantineCooking

Doncha love stuff that looks hard and fancy, but it’s really easy peasy? I sure do! Home made pita is one of those things.

I use the Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day recipe to make up a batch of bread dough to keep in the refrigerator, then pinch some dough off to make their pita.

Stuffed with lettuce and tuna salad, a feast fit for a king. Please pardon the naked nails; I was between manis.

I’m posting today at Fatal Foodies about bread pudding I made with bread I messed up. #SorryNotSorry
