Roasting makes pretty much everything better. Not, you know, ice cream, but you know what I mean!
I particularly like this tray, because it’s so colorful. If it’s pretty and also delicious, what’s not to love?
Whole fresh green beans, tri-color peppers, cleaned, tossed with olive oil and seasoned salt or whatever seasonings you like, baked at 450F on the top rack for about 20 minutes or until it starts to char.
A meal in itself!

Email me about your mom! What’s her name? Her maiden name? Where was she from? Where were her people from? I’m from Kentucky, too, and us Kentuckians want to know those things! Probably why I’m so at home in Southern Indiana — Us Hoosiers are the same way. lol
