I absolutely LOVE Beyond Meat’s hamburger patties. They go from frozen to edible in 10 minutes, and they taste (I think) better than hamburger. I usually put vegan cheese slices on top, but I was out, so I mixed up some chopped carrots and chopped cabbage with some Violife spinach and artichoke dip and YUM!
Wanna know how to make the best fries in the world? Parboil the potato sticks first. Dry them on a paper towel, then fry them in really hot oil. You don’t need to deep-fat fry them, if you turn them often.
