Thursday Doors: Venice On The Cover

#ThursdayDoors #writingprompt

I don’t have any new actual doors, so here’s another book cover with doors on it: THUS WAS ADONIS MURDERED by Sarah Caudwell.

The book is about a group of scholars whose ditzy friend with a healthy sexual appetite has gone on holiday to Venice. Between letters from the friend and input from one another, they gather that the friend is under suspicion of murdering a handsome man she met on the tour.

It’s one of the funniest murder mysteries I ever read. Even Charlie liked it, and he tended to dislike genre fiction.

Thursday doors is under the direction of Dan Antion, photographer extraordinaire and critter daddy. Visit his site, enjoy his wonderful photographs, follow his directions, and enter a world of doors.

I was born in Louisville, Kentucky, but now live in the woods in southern Indiana. Though I only write fiction, I love to read non-fiction. The more I learn about this world, the more fantastic I see it is.

I must tell you: I write the post first, then suggest a prompt based on it. 🙂
