Food Tuesday: This Potato Kale Thing

I had some potatoes and I had some spicy vegan sausage and I had some kale that was about to go to Jesus, so I cooked the kale and potatoes together and cut up the sausage and bunged that in, then fished the sausage out and mashed the potatoes and kale and added back the sausage and this was the result.

Looks a little greener than it actually was, but I’m not very good with photo manipulation, so….

I’m thinking that maybe Jesus would thank you for keeping the kale in this realm. I would, if I were Him. Otherwise, this looks and sounds pretty good. Merry Christmas – I’m late for everything else, let me be on time for that.

  Oh, yeah, I forgot you hate kale. Sometimes I use cabbage. Sometimes I use leeks.
