This is my new favorite frozen food: Gardein’s Golden F’sh Filet.

No, my sammich is not vegan, although it could be. The hamburger bun is vegan, but the mayonnaise and the cheddar cheese beneath the filets are not.

As I recall, I’ve never had a Gardein product I didn’t like, but these are outstanding. If you don’t like fish, don’t try these.
